Just jogged 8 minutes with my dog. Leg very painful, I am sure it isnt supposed to hurt this much, will mention to physio when I see her next. Hips very stiff too but forced myself to do it.
I jogged the 8 mins down the road to the roundabout and a brisk walk back home.
I say brisk walk but that also includes several 'detours' to peoples gates, bus stops etc for him to have a wee.
So far so good, I have the Jillian Michaels dvd to do later and am hoping my back loosens up my then beacsue it is protesting at the moment.

ReplyDeleteDid the Jillian Michaels dvd just now. Very difficult. After readin the spoon theory yesterday I think I may just have used up several. Felt good for it afterwards.
